RULES FOR PARTICIPANTS 2009-05-18

1. Application

-  If you want to apply for DVB Motorcycle Training, fill in a form at our website or send this application by an e-mail (info (at) dinvenbike.com)  give all information, which we ask about. Training is  organized by P.H.U. Din Ven, called in this document; " the Organizer"
-  Your application is valid and you will be enrolled on the list of participants if you transfer 100% of the price to the bank account mentioned below during 3 days after filling /sending the application.

Attention: It is important to write the name and the surname of a participant, who is going to take a part in a training and the term of a training.

 - As soon as the payment enters in the books, the participant will receive a confirmation of their enrolment to their e-mail address. The participant will be also sent ID Card to the post address, given in the form. This ID Card will permit to enter Racing Track in Poznan after 6 p.m. a day before the Training starts. This card has to be presented every time a participant enters the racing track during the whole DVB Motorcycle Training period.

2. Cancelling

-  If you cancel your application the latest 30 days before the Training starts, the whole amount of money, minus EUR 13,00 of administrative costs, will be send back to the account, you have indicated. 
-  If you cancel it less than 30 days before the Training starts, you will lose the whole amount of money . (However somebody else might replace you.) 
-  The Organizer has the right to cancel the Trainings the latest 15 days before the Training starts if the number of participants is too small. In such case, 100% of the money will be send to your account.

3. Safety Regulations

-  During DVB Motorcycle Training, all participants are obliged to wear a complete motorcycle outfit
-  Participants, who will be intoxicated during the training at the racing track, will get excluded from the Training
-  Participants, whose motorbikes in a bad technical condition, will get excluded from the training without the right to receive the money back.
-  All participants are obligated to obey safety regulations of riding at the racing rack and moving in the racing track zone. The regulations will be presented  on the first day before the Training starts.
-  There is at least one ambulance at the racing track during the Training.
-  Security Guards are hired by the Organizer every day between 6 p.m. to 8 a.m.

4. Other regulations

-  The Organizer will follow the Training schedule which is presented at the website.
-  The Organizer has the right to change the Training schedule or canceling the Trainings, in case, the changes do not depend on the Organizer.
-  Each participant takes the exclusive responsibility for  taking part in the Training. Therefore, the Organizer cannot be responsible for any injures or damages made during the Training.
