Poznan is a unique city. Thanks to very good organisation, rapidly developing economy and the ever-present orderliness, Poznan stands out from other Polish cities. It is not without good reason that the rest of Poland perceives the inhabitants of Poznan as priggish and meticulous.

 

Many people know Poznan from the international fair, which have been taking place in the city since the 13th century. Today, every month, thousands of exhibitors and visitors from the whole world come to Poznan.

 

Poznan is not only a city of business and trade. The city's history dates 1000 years back. Poznan tempts visitors with a charming Old Town, a tomb of the first Polish kings and old residences which in the past belonged to aristocratic families.
